Ai, before we can start with this show for children “Ahoi”, we still need to paint something. Or maybe we don’t. What’s written here in the newspaper: Edward Lear De ‘Jumblies’, Libertinage. Jaargang 6 – dbnl? That sounds fantastic! Are you coming with us to the sea? We will build a ship or a boat, raise the sails and set off on a long voyage to face the unknown. We have a nice little breeze in our backs. On our journey we come across whales, dolphins and lots of other sea animals. We pass by an island. Shall we hop off for a bit? Of course, we are sailing so nicely! The waves are rippling alongside our boat.
But then the water gets restless. The waves are getting higher. Oh, no, the boat is not going to hold! Fortunately, we have our swimming diploma’s. We are getting deep into the water and there we are surprised even more. The sunlight makes beautiful colors under the water and we come across even more sea creatures: seahorses, jelly fish and crabs. Funny, exciting, beautiful and mysteriously the find their path through the water. Shall we follow one? Who knows, we come across more surprises.
Toddler show Ahoi is a funny adventures show. The target group is 2 to 6 years, although the show is highly appreciated by all ages. After the show, the children (and their parents :-)) can come and play on stage with paper boats, the “ship” and big amounts of fish.
The show is also bookable for birthdayparties, KDV’s, schools (group 1/2) and BSO’s: Kids or birthdayparty| Day out with daycare | Black Cat Theatre
We will be swayed by the waves, sometimes gentle, sometimes enormous and foaming. The wind may favour us, who knows…We may discover other worlds, full of surprising creatures; seahorses, jellyfish, crabs or frogs. Funny, exciting, beautiful and mysterious. After the show children can play with paper boats, the “ship” and the many fishes dwelling in the sea.
